As of March 2025, the “Three Parks and One Building” operated by Wuhan Jiangxia Technology Investment Group hosts 150 tenant enterprises, including 53 in Kechuang Plaza, 88 in the Sunshine Innovation Valley Park, 10 in the Big Health R&D Center, and 1 in the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base.

Among them, Mingli Hefeng, a company based in the Big Health R&D Center, has become a flagship brand in Jiangxia District’s prepared food industry. Its products — including ready-to-eat beef sauce for rice — have achieved strong sales in major retail chains such as Zhongbai Supermarket, Sam's Club, Ole’ Supermarket, and Freshippo, as well as on various online platforms. In February 2025, the company launched the construction of a Big Health Food Research Institute, which aims to serve as a bridge for industry–academia–research collaboration, linking universities with enterprises to promote the commercialization of research outcomes, enhance product quality, and strengthen market competitiveness.

Sunshine Innovation Valley and the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base are continuously improving the residential ecosystem to support talent with high-quality living conditions. A total of 520 premium housing units have been integrated into the AnjuChain housing platform, enabling convenient online home selection and related services. The Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Base has also successfully passed the environmental compliance review for its wastewater treatment facility, marking an important step forward for the park in environmental compliance and sustainable development.

The “Three Parks and One Building” operations team conducts regular visits to tenant enterprises in the parks to gain an in-depth understanding of their production and business conditions as well as their challenges and needs. The team has coordinated solutions to various issues, including elevator scheduling adjustments, damaged glass curtain walls, and labor recruitment.
