Chutian Media Semiconductor Industrial Park covers an area of 308 mu, of which 230 mu has been developed, with a total floor area of approximately 130,000 square meters. Enterprises in the park generate a combined annual output value of RMB 3.85 billion. Currently, the park hosts 15 large-scale technology enterprises, making it one of the most concentrated clusters of semiconductor industry chain projects in Optics Valley. It has been designated as the Hubei Emerging Optoelectronic Information Industry Innovation Demonstration Base, the China Optics Valley Semiconductor Industry Innovation Demonstration Park, and the Chutian Optoelectronic Technology Enterprise Accelerator of the East Lake High-tech Development Zone, among other honors.

Here, Exadrive is operating at full capacity to produce memory products for overseas markets; FiberSight has completed the installation and commissioning of Asia’s tallest fiber-drawing tower, with its products now entering the mass production stage; and GK Photon Link has successfully achieved mass production of multiple photonic chips. A number of semiconductor industry chain projects, represented by companies such as HG Genuine Optics and GK Photon Link, are demonstrating strong growth momentum.

Seizing the strategic opportunities presented by the development of China’s semiconductor industry, the park promotes industrial growth through enterprise development, strengthens industrial chains through industrial expansion, and forms industrial clusters through integrated supply chains. By fostering a robust industrial ecosystem, it has begun to form a semiconductor industry cluster encompassing chip and materials R&D and manufacturing, testing services, as well as AI optical modules and memory products.
