REDT Fashion Industrial Park is located in the Wuhan Jianghan Economic and Technological Development Zone. The park traces its origins to the former industrial factory buildings of Wuhan Lovegod Group, and made its public debut in December 2017 following a comprehensive renovation and upgrade — successfully transforming from a once machine-filled production facility into a landmark showcase for Wuhan’s cutting-edge fashion scene.
The park actively explores innovative pathways for the convergence of traditional industry, cultural creativity, and technology enterprises, and has been developed into a cultural and creative industry complex integrating the REDT Incubator, a fashion runway venue, commercial office space, talent apartments, retail amenities, and a multi-functional event center. It has received a number of prestigious recognitions, including designation as one of the first batch of National Textile and Apparel Creative Design Demonstration Parks, a National Nighttime Culture and Tourism Consumption Cluster, and a National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base.
The park has developed six public service platforms, encompassing specialty public services, innovation and entrepreneurship support, talent training, investment and financing services, brand incubation, showcase and launch facilitation and quality living amenities — providing comprehensive support for enterprise growth and development across every stage.
The park places strong emphasis on signature event programming, continuously building an influential IP event matrix. To date, nearly 400 large-scale events have been successfully hosted, establishing the park as a key platform for advancing the fashion industry and amplifying Wuhan’s urban brand.
In terms of industry ecosystem development, the park has attracted a cohort of sector-leading enterprises, including C-UTS (a consumer goods quality testing platform), Yangtze River New Silk Road (a digital economy enterprise), Dingsen Electronic (a metaverse technology company), and Qianhe Live (a mother-and-baby e-commerce supply chain operator) — giving rise to an industry cluster defined by the convergence of creativity, technology, and commerce.
Looking ahead, REDT Fashion Industrial Park will maintain a sharp focus on frontier fields including digital content, the metaverse, AI-driven creativity, and immersive experiences, while continually refining its full-chain service system spanning production, education, research, exhibition, and commerce. The park will actively bring in university think tanks, incubators and accelerators, industry funds, and digital copyright trading platforms, driving the deep integration of art, technology, commerce, and culture-tourism, and cultivating an open, collaborative, and symbiotic innovation ecosystem.
