Wuhan will remain mostly sunny with highs of 37 to 38 degrees Celsius in downtown areas on August 4, according to local meteorological authorities. 

On August 5 and 6, the city will continue to see sunny to partly cloudy skies, with isolated showers or thunderstorms expected in the afternoons, and highs around 36 to 37 degrees Celsius.

From August 8 to 10, scattered showers or thunderstorms are forecast, accompanied by strong winds, with gusts reaching up to 6 - 9 on the Beaufort scale on August 9. Daytime highs are expected to drop to around 31 degrees Celsius, offering some relief from the prolonged heat.
