Shuangliu Yangtze River Bridge, the 12th bridge crossing over the Yangtze River in Wuhan, Hubei Province, opens to traffic today. The bridge, with a main span of 1,430 meters and a designed speed of 120 kilometers per hour, has 8 lanes in total. It can cut the travel time between Xinzhou District, Wuhan and Huarong District, Ezhou from 90 minutes to just 5 minutes.
