Photo taken on Dec. 1, 2025 shows a flock of migratory birds swarming over the Tian’e Lake at the Fuhe Wetland in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, creating a landscape depicting the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature. In recent years, the environmental protection of the wetland has been enhanced. The number of wintering birds visiting the wetland has doubled to over 20,000 so far this year from about 10,000 at the same time last year, and is expected to reach more than 30,000 by the end of this month.
