On May 28, the "Home in Wuhan" 2025 International Cultural Day Event for the Dragon Boat Festival was held. Around 30 international students from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, Central China Normal University, Hubei University, and Jianghan University gathered together to make zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) and mung bean cakes, immersing themselves in the charm of this traditional Chinese festival. During the event, after learning about the long history and rich customs of China's Dragon Boat Festival, the international students also shared traditional festivals from their own countries.
