Mayor of Entebbe brings seeds from Wuhan back

On July 3 ad 4, Rulinda Fabrice Brad, Mayor of Wuhan's sister city Entebbe, Uganda, led his delegation to Wuhan in the wish to promote exchanges and cooperation in the fields of education, agriculture, creativity, and sports. They made a visit to the northern campus of the Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Wuhan City Polytechnic and communicated with Wuhan Municipal Urban-Rural Development Bureau during a conference. He has purchased from the Wuhan Academy of Agricultural Sciences 12 bags of vegetable seeds such as chili to grow back home.

The sister-city relationship between the two cities was established in 2018 and Rulinda’s visit to Wuhan aims to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the relationship.

Located in southern Uganda and owning the only international airport in Uganda, Entebbe is the country's transportation hub and the trade center in the south-central part of the country.
