On June 2, Mr. Vlad Batrîncea, President of the parliamentary faction of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists, and Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, in an exclusive interview with the Wuhan International Communications Center, spoke highly of Wuhan's development stating, "Wuhan is a vivid portrayal of China's development!"

Batrîncea visited Wuhan in 2017 and was impressed with all that he saw in the city, noting that Wuhan has a long history and profound culture, as well as a promising future, while also stating that "Wuhan has exhibited the potential and ability to solve a variety of unique problems!"

After visiting some of the universities in Wuhan, Batrîncea saw that the city is rich in cultural and educational content. Scientific and technological innovation is an important engine to drive national development, and Wuhan, as an important center of science and education in China, is strong and competitive in these fields.

Batrîncea said Moldova will continue to promote exchange and cooperation with China, further strengthening friendly exchanges between Moldova and Wuhan in various fields, and jointly achieving mutual benefits and win-win results.
