Thirty members of the Latin American Youth Elite Seminar visited Wuhan and Xiangyang in Hubei from May 29 to June 1. They went to the Yellow Crane Tower, Tangcheng, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and BYD Xiangyang Industrial Park to make friends and study how China has made tremendous progress.
