Yunhu Park, located in the core ecological residential area of the East Lake High-tech Development Zone (also known as Optics Valley of China, or OVC), has become one of Wuhan's first group of exquisite parks.

It is the city's largest community-based wetland park, with a total area of 200,000 square meters (water area is included). There is a permanent population of nearly 100,000 people living around the park.

Featuring lakeside green trails, piers, and flower seas, the park is shaped after plum blossoms – Wuhan's representative flower, with water covering one third of its total area.

Spring brings a colorful landscape to the park.
