In 2019, the Hubei Han Embroidery Association invited Chen to Jinling Village, Dawu County of Hubei province, to modernize traditional Han embroidery patterns. Combining Han embroidery patterns with fun-looking English letters, he produced a set of novel English letters. Then he asked the Han embroidery inheritors in the village to embroider the letters. The letters with Chinese traditional cultural characteristics has appealed to the international design circle.

When Chen was 18 years of age, he had become one of the Pentawards winners of the NXT-GEN Award with the design work "Panda Cigarette." By now, he has won more than 40 international awards and is considered to be a genius in the field of design in the international design industry. However, Chen considers himself to be merely a hardworking young artist. He says that as a Chinese graphics designer, he is backed by traditional Chinese culture, the world's biggest reservoir of creative materials. It has helped him win several international awards and display his talent in the international design industry.
