Built in early 20th century as a high-end apartment by tea merchants from Russia, this century-old building has completed repairs of outer walls and is undergoing interior decoration. According to plan, it will be designed into a high-end hotel of historical style with a museum presenting China-Russia Ancient Tea Route.
