The first outdoor ski resort in Wuhan, the Wuhan Qugu Four Season Ski Resort located in the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (Hannan), was opened to the public on Jan. 22.

　　The resort is about 10,000 square meters in size and has 100 meters of snow runs. Spaces for parent-child interaction and leisure entertainment have also been set up. A snowmaking machine will guarantee people's skiing experience. When it gets warmer around March, thermal insulation technology will be used to maintain a low temperature so that people can ski in summer.

　　The ski resort is part of the Phase I project of the scenic spot which will continue to be developed in the future with amenities such as home-stay and camping facilities.
