Hankow Customs House Museum

Hankow Customs House Museum, located at No. 129, Yanjiang Avenue, Hankou, is a comprehensive museum that collects, preserves, researches and showcases various cultural relics, documents, and material objects related to the modern history of Wuhan. It is a landmark recording the glory, humiliation, and modernization of Wuhan after it was designated as a treaty port in 1861. It is also an important heritage site under state-level protection.
