A delegation from Hubei Province on December 22 visited the headquarters of Rhodes & Schwartz in Munich, Germany, and signed a cooperation agreement with the company on constructing the company’s central China regional center in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, in Wuhan City, Hubei’s capital city.

Hubei sent the delegation on investment promotion tours in Germany and Sweden from December 15 to 22, focusing on auto parts and healthcare. They also held promotion conferences to encourage European companies to deploy in Wuhan during the week.

Rohde & Schwarz is a market-leading supplier in the mobile and wireless communications sector. It has extensive sales and service network and is present in more than 70 countries.

"This cooperation will allow us to further improve the industrial chain and have the priority to establish new production and manufacturing production lines," said Tong Fei, director of the trade department of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone.

As introduced, Wuhan is planning to send more delegations abroad to seek cooperation potential in key sectors with developed cities and sister cites around the world, as well as cities along Belt and Road.
