First grease museum opens in Wuhan

The Grease Museum was opened on Oct. 1, in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province, marking the establishment of the first museumof its kind in the country,

Located in the Jinyinhu District of Wuhan Polytechnic University, the museum covers an area of more than 1,800 square meters. It is divided into different exhibition halls to display greases of ancient China, developmentof modern greaseindustry, related celebrities, famous schools, standards of greaseindustry and science popularization.

The museum is jointly prepared by Chinese Cereals and Oils Association and Wuhan Polytechnic. It aims to showcase Chinassplendid greaseculture, help international cooperation and exchangesas well aspromote education and training of talents in grease technology.
